Membership process

New membership application: Follow following steps – Create login ID – Log In with username and password – go to dashboard – click apply membership - complete details – upload supporting documents (Medical Council Registration/ MBBS/Additional Qualification/ Experience) – Upload passport size photograph - make payment through online banking or UPI/ Paytm – enter payment details – submit form –approval by AFPI admin- download digital membership certificate. Website Login Online application process is available at www.afpionline.com at the membership section. Applicants have to create a log in ID and thereafter fill the online form. Supportive documents may be uploaded along with the form. Please keep your documents ready in PDF format before proceeding to online application. Once your membership is approved you can download printable soft copy of your certificate. No hard copies of the certificate will be provided.

By E mail You may also send your membership application form and supporting documents in scanned form to afpionline@live.com and proof of transfer of membership fee through your bank/ Paytm/UPI Once your membership is approved you can download printable soft copy of your certificate from membership area of the website. No hard copies of the certificate will be provided
